Method
Not only does this dish look beautifully colourful, but it tastes fantastically juicy, make it with the kids and enjoy a fun way to get your 5-a-day!
- Wash and drain the strawberries and grapes.
- Pull the stalks from the strawberries, before asking an adult to help halve each one using a knife. Pull the grapes off the stalks.
- Peel the satsumas and separate into segments. Peel the bananas and, with some help from an adult, slice them into small pieces.
- Place all the fruit in a bowl and mix together. Remember, you can also use peeled and sliced kiwi, chunks of fresh mango or canned pineapple pieces.
- Add the orange juice. Or, you may want to experiment with other types of fruit juice if you'd prefer.
- Serve chilled, or put it into a pot and keep as a lunchbox treat.
