Ingredients
- 50ml Tesco Irish Cream Liqueur
- 80ml (3fl oz) strong espresso coffee (at room temperature)
- 80ml (3fl oz) vodka
- agave syrup, to taste
- 6 espresso beans, to garnish

Method
- Chill 2 cocktail glasses in the freezer.
- Meanwhile, half fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in the Irish cream liqueur, coffee and vodka. If you like your cocktails on the sweeter side, add 1 tsp agave syrup. Put the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
- Remove the lid and strain into the chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish each drink with 3 espresso beans and serve.
