Ingredients
- 3 kiwis, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 apple, such as Cox or Golden Delicious, cored and cut into pieces
- large handful green grapes
- 1 lime, juiced
- 100ml (3½fl oz) low-fat vanilla yogurt
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

- Put the fruit in a blender, then add the lime juice, yogurt and ice. Whizz for about 1 minute until smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
