- 3 slices six-seed sourdough bloomer
- 1/2 x 200g pack mozzarella and slow roasted tomatoes
- 4 roughly chopped anchovies in oil (optional)
- chopped parsley leaves (optional)

Scatter over the mozzarella and slow-roast tomatoes, shaking off excess oil, then top with the anchovies, if using.
