Give your WFH lunches a glow-up with just 5 ingredients! Top your toast with precooked chicken slices, then spoon over a herby tomato sauce. Finish with melty mozzarella and basil leaves. See method
Ingredients
- 2 slices white sourdough bread
- 180g pack oven roasted chicken breast slices
- ½ x 340g jar Tesco Finest tomato & chilli pasta sauce
- 8 fresh basil leaves, plus extra to serve, optional
- 200g ball reduced-fat mozzarella, torn

Method
- Preheat the grill to high. Toast the bread until golden. Turn over and top the untoasted side with the chicken slices.
- Spoon over the pasta sauce, then lay the basil leaves on top.
- Top with the mozzarella, then grill for 3-4 mins until the cheese is bubbling and golden. Slice in half to serve and top with extra basil leaves, if you like.
