Ingredients
- 8 slices of Sliced Brioche Loaf
- 3 eggs
- 175ml milk
- 1tbsp caster sugar
- zest of 2 oranges
- 60ml orange juice
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 20g butter

Method
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, zest, juice and vanilla until well combined.
- Heat a medium nonstick frying pan over high heat, add the butter and heat until melted and just starting to bubble. Turn heat down to medium.
- Dip the brioche slices in the egg mixture and cook bread in batches, for 2 minutes each side or until golden.
