This is a delightful, summery and sophisticated cocktail, this martini is a medley of pear, elderflower and lemon. Do be careful though as it is all too easy to drink! See method
Ingredients
- 50ml pear vodka (or normal vodka if not available)
- 65ml pear juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp elderflower cordial
- 1 pear, sliced, to garnish
If you don't have any pears, try using apples
