- ice cubes
- 50ml gin
- 15ml vermouth bianco
- 1-2 tbsp liquid from a jar of cornichons, plus 1 cornichon to garnish
- 1-2 twists of pared lemon zest

Method
- Fill a tumbler with ice cubes, then add the gin, vermouth bianco and cornichon liquid to taste.
- Mix well for 20-30 secs until the liquid is very cold, then strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with the cornichon and lemon zest.
