- 4 wholemeal pittas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 200g 0% fat natural yogurt
- 10g fresh chives, snipped

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 7, 220°C, fan 200°C. Cut the pittas into 12 triangles, then separate each to make 24 pieces. Toss with the olive oil and paprika, then transfer to a baking tray.
- Bake for 6-8 mins until crispy.
- Mix the yogurt and chives to serve with the pitta chips.
