- 250g pack mixed nuts
- 10 Tesco Finest medjool dates, pitted
- 50g Tesco Finest orange blossom honey
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Method

Blitz the mixed nuts in a food processor to roughly chop. Add the dates, honey, cinnamon and a pinch of salt, then blitz until very finely broken down.

Roll into 24 balls. Store in an airtight container between sheets of baking paper in the fridge for up to a week.
