Try a prosecco twist on a classic Moscow mule with this easy festive cocktail recipe. Mix vodka, prosecco and ginger beer with lime for a fiery drink that'll really get the party started. Serve with ice, lime and mint and enjoy. See method
Ingredients
- 70ml vodka
- 75cl prosecco
- 350ml ginger beer or ginger ale
- 4 limes, 2 juiced, 2 sliced to serve
- mint, to serve
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Pour the vodka, prosecco, ginger beer, lime juice and some ice into a large jug; mix well.
