Ingredients
- 20ml coconut oil
- 30g tahini
- 25g honey
- 30g pecans, finely chopped
- 20g dates, finely chopped
- 70g almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 30g sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method
- Melt the coconut oil over a low heat. Remove from the heat and add the tahini and honey.
- Mix the remaining ingredients with the coconut oil mixture.
- Place in the fridge for 30 mins, or until firm.
- Use your hands to roll into 8, walnut-sized protein balls. Store in the fridge.
