Ingredients
- 75g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp apple juice
- 175ml almond milk
- 1 banana
- ½ apple, cored
- 2 tbsp Arla Protein Blueberry Yogurt
- 125g fresh seasonal berries
- 2 tbsp clear honey

Method
- In a bowl, mix the oats with the apple juice and almond milk. Mash the banana and coarsely grate the apple, then fold through the oat mixture. Set aside for 10-12 minutes.
- Spoon between bowls and top with yogurt, fresh berries and a squeeze of honey to serve.
