Ingredients
- 120g baby spinach, washed
- 4 small bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
- 80g blueberries
- 500ml apple juice
- 1 lime, juiced
- ice cubes (optional)
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Blitz all the ingredients apart from the ice in a high-powered blender for 1-2 mins until smooth (do this in batches if your blender is small). Divide between glasses filled with ice, if you like, to serve.
Tip: For an even smoother result, put the prepared banana in the freezer the night before.
