- 1 bagel, sliced in half
- 90g 50% less fat cream cheese
- 25g icing sugar
- 80g blueberries
- ½ lemon, zest only
- 2 ginger biscuits, crumbled

Toast the bagel halves until golden.
- Stir together the cream cheese and icing sugar until thick and smooth.

Crush 50g of blueberries with a fork and stir through the thickened cream cheese with the lemon zest. Spread this on to each bagel half and top with the remaining blueberries. Finish with a sprinkle of the ginger biscuit crumbs.
