Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 100ml maple syrup
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g (7oz) gluten-free oats
- 225g (7 1/2oz) bag Tesco Wholefoods berries and raisins

Method
- Heat oven to gas 2, 150°C, 130°C fan. Mix the oil, maple syrup, honey and vanilla in a bowl. Stir in the oats to coat well. Spread out the oaty mixture on a large baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Add the berries and raisins to the mixture and bake for another 5 minutes. Leave to cool, before breaking up and storing in a jar.
