Turn your lemon spritz into a boozy slushie to keep you cool all summer long. With gin, white wine and lemon juice this sparkling iced cocktail is packed with refreshing summer flavours. See method
Ingredients
- 60ml Tesco London Dry gin
- 40ml lemon juice
- 40ml sugar syrup
- 100ml white wine
- 200g ice cubes
- 100ml sparkling water
- 2 sprigs of mint or thyme (optional)

Method
- Pour the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and white wine into a blender suitable for crushing ice.
- Add 200g ice cubes and blend until finely crushed.
- Pour into wine glasses and top with sparkling water. Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint or thyme if you prefer.
