Cool off this summer with our refreshing mango daiquiri slushie. Made using frozen mango, this cooling cocktail is super easy. See method
Ingredients
- 400g Tesco frozen mango chunks
- 100ml white rum
- 50ml Cointreau
- 150ml Tesco Orange & Mango Juice
- 2 limes, 1 juiced and 1 cut into slices
- sprig mint, to serve
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Place the mango, rum, Cointreau, orange and mango juice and lime juice in a high-powered blender. Whizz until smooth.
- Pour the slushie into 2 margarita-style cocktail glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of lime. Serve immediately.
