Ingredients
- 80g fresh or frozen mango
- 80g Braeburn apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 1 tsp cardamom pods, seeds removed and crushed in a pestle and mortar
- 100g 0% fat Greek style yogurt
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 75ml semi-skimmed milk
- handful of ice
- 1 tsp shelled, unsalted pistachios, finely sliced

Method
- Add the mango, apple, most of the cardamom, yogurt, coconut, milk and ice to a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth.
- Divide between 2 glasses and top with the pistachios and a sprinkle of the remaining cardamom to garnish. Serve immediately.
