Ingredients
- 1⁄2 bottle red wine (such as Chianti)
- 100ml (3 1/2fl oz) cassis or 75ml (3fl oz) neat blackcurrant squash
- 300-450ml (1⁄2-3⁄4pt) sparkling white grape juice
- 400g (13oz) halved cherries
- 10 orange slices
- ice cubes

Method
- In a large jug, mix 1/2 bottle of red wine, the crème de cassis or neat blackcurrant squash and 300-50ml (1/2-3/4pt) sparkling white wine grape juice.
- Stir in the halved cherries and the orange slices and some ice cubes to combine. Serve in 4 wine glasses or tumblers filled with ice.
