Ingredients
- 1 x 260g pack hot smoked mackerel
- 4tbsp fat free natural yogurt
- 1 small lemon
- 2tbsp chopped chives
- oatcakes, to serve

Method
- Remove the skin and any bones from the mackerel fillets and place in a food processor with the yogurt. Add the lemon zest and 2tbsp lemon juice. Blend to a coarse paste.
- Season with black pepper and stir in the chives and spread over oatcakes and serve.
