- large ice cubes
- 200ml lemonade
- 200ml Spanish red wine
- 25ml sweet vermouth (optional)
- lemon slices, to serve
- fresh mint, to serve

Method
- Fill 2 wine glasses with ice cubes and divide the lemonade between them.
- Top up with the red wine and vermouth, if using. Stir to combine, then garnish with the lemon slices and mint.
