Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 100ml vermouth rosso
- ice cubes
- 1-2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 100ml prosecco
- 100ml sparkling water
- 2 fresh bay leaves

Method
- Squeeze the juice from ½ the orange and cut the other half into wedges; set aside.
- Mix the orange juice and vermouth rosso and divide between 2 large wine glasses. Fill the glasses with ice cubes and divide the prosecco and sparkling water between the glasses and gently stir.
- Garnish with the orange wedges and fresh bay leaves to serve.
