Create a sweet summer sundowner using Scotch whisky, subtly sweet pear cider and black tea in this easy recipe. Top with ice cubes and garnish with a fanned pear for the perfect sunset tipple. See method
Ingredients
- handful ice cubes
- 50ml Scotch whisky
- 50ml black tea, cooled to room temperature
- 300ml pear cider, chilled
- ½ a ripe pear, cut in half and thinly sliced, keeping the end intact to make a fan
- 1 small mint sprig, leaves picked
If you don't have any pears, try using apples

Method
