Ingredients
- 1 peppermint infusion tea bag
- 25ml apple juice
- 150ml low-calorie soda water with lime
- fresh mint sprigs, to garnish (optional)
- lime wedges, to garnish (optional)
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Make up the peppermint tea to pack instructions; leave to cool.
- Pour the apple juice into a tall glass, then stir in 50ml of the cooled peppermint tea. Top up with the soda water, fill up with ice cubes, then stir to combine.
- Serve with the mint sprigs and lime wedges, if you like.
Tip: Swap some of the soda water for a dash of ginger beer to create a slightly fiery flavour twist.
