- 3 clementines, peeled
- 10g fresh mint, leaves only
- 3 tbsp Tesco Finest orange blossom honey
- ½ red chilli, finely sliced
- ice cubes
- 750ml white wine
- 200ml sparkling water

Method
- In a large jug, muddle together the clementine segments, mint leaves, honey and chilli until fragrant and the clementine segments have released their juice.
- Fill the jug with ice and pour over the white wine and sparkling water; stir. Serve immediately.
